AI support that stays inside your network.
Banimark answers customers from your own systems, inside your own network, under your own AI contract. It reads only what you allow, only for the customer who is asking - and it hands everything else to your people.
- Runs on your servers
- Read-only by design
- Signed releases
The questions your review will ask, answered in the product
Not a policy document - behaviour you can see in the code paths and test on a staging install.
Runs inside your network
Banimark installs on your servers, next to the application it serves. Conversations, files and staff accounts are written to your database - not ours.
Your AI contract, your key
The assistant calls Google Gemini with your own key, under your own agreement with Google. You choose the model from a list we test before release.
Read-only, row-scoped lookups
Every lookup is a single SELECT with bound parameters, limited to the columns you allow. Who is asking comes from a token your app signs - the model cannot widen a query to someone else’s rows.
A separate read-only database
Point lookups at a read replica or a read-only user instead of your primary. If that connection breaks, lookups stop - they never fall back to a stronger one.
Staff roles and enforced 2FA
Banimark has its own staff logins, per-person permissions for every page, and an owner switch that makes two-factor authentication mandatory.
Retention and erasure
Set how long conversations are kept, and erase everything about one visitor on request - the tools a data-protection officer asks for first.
Signed releases, one-step rollback
Updates are signed; an install refuses anything we did not sign. Every update keeps the previous version beside it, so going back is one step.
Built for strict security headers
The admin panel and the visitor widget work under a Content-Security-Policy of script-src 'self': no inline scripts, no inline handlers.
A licence can never stop the chat
If a licence lapses or our licence server is unreachable, your customers keep chatting. Only the admin panel waits for a valid key.
Where one desk takes thousands of questions a day
Each example is a read-only lookup against your own systems, scoped to the customer who is signed in.
Banking & fintech
Customers ask about transfers, card deliveries and statement dates. Lookups read your core systems through a read-only replica, and every answer is scoped to the signed-in customer.
Telecoms
Subscribers ask what is left on their plan, when their bill is due and whether there is an outage near them. Disputes go straight to an agent with the history attached.
Insurance
Policyholders check claim progress, cover dates and documents still needed. Decisions stay with your adjusters; Banimark reports status and hands over.
Healthcare networks
Patients ask about opening hours, locations and upcoming appointments. Anything clinical is handed to a person - you set that as a rule, in plain words.
Retail chains
Shoppers ask about stock in their nearest branch, orders and returns. One desk answers for every store, from your own inventory and order systems.
Logistics
Business customers track consignments, delivery windows and proof of delivery across thousands of shipments a day - each account sees only its own.
From security review to every channel
We do the integration with your team - it is part of how we work, not an add-on you have to find a partner for.
Review
We walk your security and platform teams through what runs where and what leaves your network.
Connect
Install on staging, point lookups at a read-only replica, and sign visitors in from your app.
Pilot
One channel, one team. Rules and handovers tuned on real conversations, with customer insights from day one.
Scale
Website, app and chat link on one desk, staff roles and two-factor enforced, updates from a button.
What enterprise teams ask first
Can our security team review it?
Yes. The parts that touch your server - the installer and updater, file storage, the HTTP endpoints and the admin screens - ship as readable PHP. The core engine and licence checks ship encoded. We walk your team through how lookups are scoped and what is sent to the AI provider.
What exactly is sent to the AI provider?
The conversation window and the results of lookups the assistant ran for that conversation - nothing else. Customer insights, when an owner runs them, send visitor messages with email addresses and phone numbers removed.
Can it run without internet access?
The desk itself runs on your servers, but the assistant needs to reach the AI provider. Updates and licence checks also call our servers; if they cannot, the chat keeps working and the licence stays valid for fourteen days at a time.
How do you help us roll it out?
We install and configure it with your team, build the first lookups against your systems, and stay with you through a pilot before it goes wider. Talk to us about scope and timing.
A smaller business? Install it yourself this afternoon, with a free trial.
Banimark for SMEs →Start with a security review, not a sales deck
Tell us about your systems and your channels. We will show your team exactly how Banimark would sit in your network - and set up a staging install to test it.
